Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Hairy Pooch order. Because of the low cost of our products, we've made returns simple — in most cases, you don't need to send anything back.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it at jackmcelligott90@gmail.com. Let us know what's wrong and, in most cases, we'll issue a refund or send a replacement — without requiring you to return the item. We may ask you to keep, donate, or dispose of it.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times after that depend on your bank or card provider.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at jackmcelligott90@gmail.com within 14 days. As with our standard policy, we typically will not require the item to be returned — a refund will be issued once your cancellation request is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement request in cases of suspected misuse or repeated abuse of this policy.
